Cyberlink Sound Cards & Media Devices Driver

I had trouble with the cyberlink software recognizing the Aver card unless I followed these startup steps: a. Power down you PC b. Plug the Aver card in the PC and power back on. Make sure the device you are capturing from is powered off!!!! Once your PC is powered up, start the cyberlink. I am having some difficulty with my PowerDVD software. I can no longer get sound when playing DVD.
